We Currently Ship Internationally – Local Delivery Coming Soon!
Right now, we offer **international shipping only**, but we’re working on bringing **domestic delivery within Sri Lanka** soon. Stay tuned—we’ll share updates as soon as it’s ready!

Shipping Options
We’ve got two ways to get your order to you:

- EMS (International Mail Service) – Standard shipping, usually 10 to 14 days
- FedEx – Express shipping, gets to you in 4–5 days

Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping is **calculated automatically at checkout** based on your location.

Free Shipping
We’re happy to offer free shipping when you order above a certain amount:
- EMS – Free on orders over $100
- FedEx – Free on orders over $240

Taxes & Duties
Depending on where you live, **import taxes, duties, or customs fees** might apply. These aren’t included in our prices, and we’re unable to cover them. We recommend checking with your local customs office so you know what to expect before placing your order.

Care

We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle or hand washing in cool water, with light hand squeezing. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. After swimming, rinse the swimsuit under running water to protect the fabric. Do not bleach, dry clean, tumble dry, or iron

Delivery

Shipping Methods:
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and express shipping. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the selected shipping method, and the weight of your order.

Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, along with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Here are our estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 14-18 business days
- Express Shipping: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events or high shipping volumes.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected upon delivery.

Issues with Delivery:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at watercolorswimwear@gmail.com We will work with you to locate your package and resolve any issues. If a package is marked as delivered but is not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and take appropriate actions to resolve the situation.

Returns

Return Eligibility:
We gladly accept returns for full-priced items, provided they are in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and liners attached. Please ensure that you try on all garments, including swimwear, while wearing appropriate undergarments.Orders placed on full-priced items using welcome or personalized discount codes are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. Additionally, sale items and custom-made products are non-returnable.
Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot transfer funds to different cards or accounts. If you used a gift card for your purchase, the refund will be applied back to the original gift card
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will then notify you of the status of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within [insert number of days, e.g., 5-10 business days].
- If your return is denied, we will send the item back to you at your expense.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us directly within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to initiate the exchange process.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 50USD to ensure they are returned safely.

Signs of Wear:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items damaged due to improper care or general wear are not considered faulty.
