Return Eligibility:
We gladly accept returns for full-priced items, provided they are in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and liners attached. Please ensure that you try on all garments, including swimwear, while wearing appropriate undergarments.Orders placed on full-priced items using welcome or personalized discount codes are eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. Additionally, sale items and custom-made products are non-returnable.
Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot transfer funds to different cards or accounts. If you used a gift card for your purchase, the refund will be applied back to the original gift card
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will then notify you of the status of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within [insert number of days, e.g., 5-10 business days].
- If your return is denied, we will send the item back to you at your expense.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us directly within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to initiate the exchange process.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 50USD to ensure they are returned safely.
Signs of Wear:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Items damaged due to improper care or general wear are not considered faulty.
